How to Install: After downloading the theme put it in: (C:\Windows\Resources\Themes) and double click the theme, "display properties" appears, just click on Apply then Ok
Next download Styler [link] and install styler
go to: C:\Program Files\Styler\TB\skins\Styler`s
and put KARAS mode folder there
Next download XP Visual Tools for transparency [link]
